What is an Custom Arch Support/ OTC Insoles?

An 'Custom Arch Support/insoles' is a device designed to restore your natural foot function. Many foot issues come from walking, standing, running, and just doing the things you love! Issues such as heel pain, knee pain and lower back pain are caused by poor foot function. Arch Supports/Insoles can re-align the foot and ankle bones to their neutral position, thereby restoring natural foot function.

In addition, Custom Arch Support/insoles give a more even weight distribution, taking pressure of sore spots (e.g. the ball of the foot, corns in between toes, bunions etc) and they provide some shock absorption and better weight distribution.

Who needs Custom Arch Supports/ OTC Insoles?

Custom Arch Support/insoles benefit people with foot pain or discomfort due to a subluxation in your feet, ankle, and possibly in your knee and hip. Imbalances such as Flat feet, heel pain, knee pain and shin pain are known to cause pain and discomfort.

Can you wear the Custom Arch Supports/ OTC Insoles during daily activities?

People who stand, walk, and even exercise frequently can and most of the time benefit from Custom Arch Support/insoles.
If you suffer from pain during any form of sporting exercise, then Custom Arch Support/insoles can reduce the pain associated with your condition and help wear and tear on your feet and other areas.

Imbalance in your feet can alter the bony structure of your feet and lower legs, foot orthotics/insoles may eliminate posture problems help reduce foot and leg pain. Excessive pronation/ supination(Movement) causes many problems with the feet, legs, knees, hips and even your lower back. Custom Arch Support/insoles may prevent injury or deformity from occurring or stopping the progression of existing problems and allow healing to occur over time.

Note: These Custom Arch Supports/ OTC insoles be it are not intended for use by people with severe foot deformities, people with ulcers of the feet, or people that have a history of neuropathy of the feet. Please see your podiatrist for prescription only orthotics.

 

Does it take time to get used to Custom Arch Supports /OTC Insoles?

Your feet need time to adjust to the Custom Arch Support/insoles. Custom Arch Support/insoles should be gradually used to begin with. During the first 7 days you should wear your orthotics/insoles 1- 2 hours each day gradually increasing each day by 1-2 hours a day. After this period of time it is recommended you use the orthotics for 6-8 hours a day and can be utilized all day.

Why do I have to Break my Custom Arch Supports/ OTC Insoles in?

If you think about your feet moving in the wrong way for a period of time and then you put a stop to it by getting Custom Arch Support/insoles your feet are wondering what happen....? Sometimes feet love the change, but others are like "NO" and hate change even if they are hurting. So this is why we recommend the "Break In" process so you can put your "feet in order".  

Will my insurance cover the cost of my Custom Arch Support/ OTC insoles?

Check with your insurance. If you have a health savings plan or a consumer driven health plan, they sometimes cover the cost of the custom orthotics/insoles.

 What shipping method do you use?

Depends on the item. Most things ship either FedEx, UPS, USPS.

How do I return something?

Please email us and tell us what is going on, for un-used items we will return them if they are in with10 days of receiving them.
